An African American history tour of the town of Luray in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. This self-driving tour features historic African American sites such as schools, churches, neighborhoods, cemeteries, and businesses and more. The tour starts at Ulysses Simpson Grant Fry Restaurant and ends at the Hillside Cemetery, covering a total of 24 sites. Some sites are no longer standing but their documentation is important. Other sites are still active and we have included information if you desire to support them with a donation.
